Jillian Rachel Zaveloff

Jillian Rachel Zaveloff, 30, passed away Friday at Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse in Philadelphia after a courageous 8 year battle with cancer. A graduate of Bordentown Regional High School and Rutgers University, where she earned a degree in biomedical engineering with honors. She was employed as an engineer by Globus Medical in Audubon, Pa, where she was treated with respect and dignity throughout her illness. During her journey Jill's strength, courage, and never-give-up-attitude was an inspiration to many, including her doctors, family, and friends. Jillian is survived by her parents, Susan and Marvin Zaveloff of Bordentown, her brother David, sister-in-law Karyn, and twin sister Erica, all of Philadelphia. Her Grandmother Marilyn Levy of Columbus, her Aunt Joan Finkelstein of New York City, her Aunt and Uncle, Gayle and Jonathan Harris of Hilllsborough and other relatives including cousins Zachary, Gregory, Leah, and Chelsea. Jillian was blessed with many caring friends in her life including best friends Erin, Molly, Jen ,Erin, and Erica. She also leaves behind her beloved dogs Gus and Olive. She was pre- deceased by her grandparents Evelyn and Leon A. Levy and Elizabeth and Samuel Zaveloff. A gathering to celebrate her life will be held from 6:00pm-9:00pm on Wednesday, February 13th, at the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown, N.J. 08505.
