Hannah Sweikart

May 22, 1932 - June 13, 2015

Hannah C. Sweikart (nee O'Donoghue), 81, of Tabernacle, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday June 14, 2015. Beloved wife of Herbert F. Sweikart, Jr. for 61 years. Loving mother of Herbert F. (Jane) Sweikart III of Tabernacle, William T. Sweikart of Huntsville, AL, Lawrence A. (Denice) Sweikart of Shamong, NJ, and Mary Ann Sweikart of Naples, NY. Proud grandmother of Anneliese, Herbert IV, Kimberly, and great grandmother of Alice. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Hannah was born in Kanturk,County Cork, Ireland, and has been a resident of Tabernacle for the past 32 years. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends may gather on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, from 5-7PM at Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St. Medford, NJ 08055. A memorial service will take place at the funeral home at 7PM. Internment to be held privately at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Hannah's memory to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr. Ste. 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
