Earl proudly served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He worked for the Federal Government as a Special Agent in the Department of Treasury for over 25 years. Earl was a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Fraternal Order of Police. He will be remembered as a dedicated and loving husband, father and grandfather who was always quick with a laugh or a helping hand. He was loved and respected by many people who knew him as a kind, strong and compassionate person. Beloved husband and best friend of 42 years to Joan (nee Edney). Devoted father of Megan (Jason) Henderson of Tulsa, OK, Brian (Amy) Hansell of Mount Laurel, NJ and Lora Hansell of Medford, NJ. Dear brother of Brent (Donna) Hansell, Brian (Kimberly) and Brooke Hansell. Loving grandfather of Kayla, Jayden, Ronan, Eleanor and Baby Henderson. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary of the Lakes R.C. Church, 40 Jackson Rd, Medford, NJ 08055. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mathis Funeral Home, Medford, NJ.
