Claudia Cremer Lange

Claudia (Cremer) Lange, 82, of Crosswicks, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 13, 2014. Claudia was a life-long resident of the Bordentown-Crosswicks area, having graduated from William MacFarland High School where she met Dick, the love of her life. She worked in several positions, including as a bank teller for First National Bank and Trenton Trust, as a secretary at Hoover, Inc., and as the tax collector for the Township of Chesterfield. She donated many hours of her time to local organizations, including volunteering at the Crosswicks Library Company for many years, serving as treasurer for the Chesterfield Township Historical Society, and typing the manuscript for Chesterfield Township Heritage. Claudia was a skilled pianist, a lover of music and a voracious reader. A tremendously caring wife, mother, and grandmother, Claudia took great pride in her family. Her love and support to her husband and family never wavered and she will be greatly missed by them all. Claudia was predeceased by her parents Henry and Helen (Bruch) Cremer and sister Janet Lynch. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 61 years, G. Richard (Dick) Lange; daughters Valerie Bothwell and her husband, Alex, and Desiree Little and her husband, Tim; grandchildren Alex, Amanda, and Andrew Bothwell, and Madison and Remington Little; sisters Elsie Newborn and her husband Earl, of Roswell NM and Dolores Johnson of Nokomis, FL; brother Henry Cremer and his wife Martha of Columbus; brother-in-law John Lynch of Bordentown; and devoted care-givers, who include her niece Lisa Clauser, Lisa Cole, Patricia Bell, Maria Leite-Julia, and Suzanne Heisler. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday July 18, 2014 from 10AM to 1PM at Huber-Moore Funeral Home 517 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown, NJ. A graveside service will follow at North Crosswicks Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Claudia's memory, to the Chesterfield Township Historical Society or the Crosswicks Library Company.
