Betty Ann Miller Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Betty Ann Miller, 80, of Tabernacle, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Deborah Heart & Lung Hospital, Browns Mills, NJ. Born in Pemberton, NJ, Betty resided in Tabernacle most of her life. She was a graduate of Trenton State College, and went on to receive her Master's Degree from Rowan University. Betty retired after 35 years as the Bureau Chief of the Data Unit for the Department of Environmental Protection in Trenton, NJ. Betty was an active parishioner of the Church of the Holy Eucharist in Tabernacle, where she volunteered at the Pine Barrens Festival for many years. Betty was also a member of the church's quilting ministry. She loved reading, traveling, and camping, and being part of her husband's motorcycle pit crew. Wife of the late Ronald Gene Miller, Sr.; she is survived by her four children, Carolyn Brisset (Al), Ron Miller, Jr. (Maki), Michael Miller (Ruby), and Melinda Miller (Tim); her three siblings, Patricia Solga, John Crosby, Jr. (Nancy), and Kathy Smick (Steve); 13 grandchildren, Jennifer, Bruce, Samantha, Angie, Jess, Danny, Stephen, Kelly, Mark, Bryan, Nicole, Kiana and Mira; 7 great grandchildren, Wyatt, Mia, Cole, Ronnie, Charlotte, TJ and Giovanni; several nieces and nephews; and her Golden Doodle, Layla, her faithful friend and guardian. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Thursday, June 16, 2022, from 10-11AM, at the Church of the Holy Eucharist, 520 Medford Lakes Rd., Tabernacle, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, at 11AM, at the church. Interment will be at a later date in the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Betty's memory to the Voorhees Animal Orphanage at www.vaonj.org Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Mathis Funeral Home, Medford, NJ.
