Anne M nee Peiffer Raquet

Anne M. Raquet (nee Peiffer), 86, of Southampton died March 7. She was born in Conshohocken, PA and lived in LeisureTowne for 15 years, until moving to The Fountains of Cedar Parke in 2013. Anne developed Raquet Associates, an advertising agency, and was previously a marketing executive in the shopping center industry working for The Rouse Company, KRAVCO Company, and Federal Realty. Earlier in her life she owned and operated The Troll Shop, a gift shop in Montevideo, Uruguay. She was an active member of Holy Eucharist Roman Catholic Church. Anne was a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and in 1978, received a prestigious MAXI Award for Marketing Excellence for the Grand Opening of the Gallery at Market East in Philadelphia. She was the wife of the late Albert Joseph, and is survived by three daughters (Debbie Lehman, Kathleen Raquet, Karen Schonberg; sons in law Sam and Seth, brothers James and the late, Donald; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren (with three more on the way). Mass of Christian burial is on Wednesday, March 11th at 11:00 a.m., with visitation at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Holy Eucharist in Tabernacle. Interment will be at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Life Choice Hospice, 200 Campbell Drive, Suite 106, Willingboro, New Jersey 08046. Arrangements are under the direction of and have been entrusted to Mathis Funeral Home Medford, NJ.
